What is ‘Seven Flags’ and how is it significant?
The ‘Seven Flags’ notion is derived from the historical eminence of seven nations (Spain, Great Britain, Netherlands, Malta, France, Denmark-Norway, United States) that have flown a flag over the territory which is now the United States Virgin Islands. These nations are culturally significant locally and throughout the Caribbean due to centuries of European activity.
When is the Museum open for visiting?
The museum is open seven hours from 10AM to 5PM every Tuesday through Saturday weekly. The museum is closed in observance of public holidays with the exception of cruise-ship port days.
